Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us at support@pineandfairway.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately.
